I visited Monarch Estates. The apartments that I saw there were older but adequate. They don't offer a kitchen, just a small refrigerator and a little bar sink. They didn't even furnish a microwave. There were several things about it that didn't appeal to me. Like they had all the rooms and different units with air-conditioning and heating, but the one they showed us had a fan from the living room to the second bedroom. So to me, I wouldn't take it just because of that. It's very outdated. The dining rooms were very nice, we also had a meal there. They had a small library as well.

I found Monarch Estates to be top quality. It's amenities were great, and I think they'll meet the needs of their residents. They had meal preparations, activities, private rooms, and other resources to take care of your personal items. It seemed like they had everything.
