We chose Madison Meadows for my mother. The lady that gave us the tour was very nice, very helpful, and helped us pick the place. She will move there next week. The rooms are very clean. The interactions among residents seem very adequate, and the facilities seem well taken care of. They've got a pool there, and they have activities that include everybody. It seems like the food that they serve has a variety and a good selection. They'll take her to her doctor's appointment. It seems like a good move because she'll be able to interact with more people than in our house.

Madison Meadows was fantastic. I love that place. The people were very friendly, and the workers were very nice. The food was very good. They served breakfast, lunch and dinner, and you got your choice of eating two of those meals in the dining room, which was humongous and very well staffed. They had a lot of activities for the residents. Everybody was just lovely. It's nice that they have membership in other states where you can stay because you are living in one of their communities here in Phoenix.

I visited Madison Meadows. A nice lady was there to help me, and she was great. The apartments were OK, easily accessible, and comfortable. The lunch room was great, they have activities available, and they keep it clean. They have game rooms, and they get together and do some cooking and baking. They have housekeeping and shuttle services available to take the residents shopping. Everybody was great and helpful.

Madison Meadows is wonderful. I'm in a studio, but I'm getting a one-bedroom. They furnish my linens and toilet paper, make my bed every week, and change our towels and linens every week. The workers are wonderful. Everybody here is extremely friendly. I recommend it. We get three meals a day. The food and the service is wonderful.

The people at Madison Meadows were great. It was a pretty much positive experience. The apartments had a good layout and were more like cabins than apartments and on one level. The residents looked quite happy and busy.

I visited Madison Meadows. The staff was very nice, and the two sets of resident managers were fantastic people. The rooms were very spacious and a lot were wheelchair-accessible. It was very nice. We ate there once, and the food was fantastic. The dining area was very nice and organized in passing out food and taking orders.

My brother is really happy right now. He's been in Madison Meadows for just about a month now. They are really friendly and helpful. His room is perfect for what he needs. It's not really big, but it was right for him. I have no complaints. They fixed everything up before he got in there, and everything was good. I do know that they have activities available, but he hasn't participated in any because of his condition right now. They have plenty of food; sometimes it's a bit too much, actually. They have a pool, an exercise room, a laundromat, and a library.

Madison Meadows has a very good layout for older people. It's very easy to navigate and it's all one story. The landscaping is phenomenal. The staff has been very good. They've been accommodating with my mother's dialysis and her other medical treatments. The food is very good. The activities list looked amazing, but she's not been able to participate in any due to the virus. It looks like they're quite robust with their activity schedule.

Madison Meadows is good. My mom's got a nice place and she's relatively happy there even though at first she's confused. I believe the accommodations are sufficient, the meals are good as well as the activities. She likes their yoga, she loves the library they have and she does the walking club, she's also interested in their gardening. She has her dog there, the community is super pet-friendly and it's a super plus for her.

Madison Meadows was very friendly and very clean. There was nothing wrong with it, but the atmosphere was very elderly. There were a lot of activities going on. She's like a young 78-year-old, and the people there were a little too old for her to be around, but they seemed pleasant. I also didn't like the musty smell of the place. The staff member during the tour was very good.

Madison Meadows is apartment-style living but then it has a nursing care available. It's independent living, but they have in-home care available on the site. My impression of the place is professional and cozy. The room that they showed me was a basic studio apartment with a kitchenette. I like the place; that's why I placed my mom there. They're very affordable and provide good care, plus the atmosphere is cozy.

My brother-in-law has been staying at Madison Meadows for six or seven months. I think the place is fine. It's not the best place in the world, but it's not the worst. The staff is good. The food is OK. They have all three meals and snacks. They have entertainment where people come in and sing, plus a little TV room and computer area. Each person has an apartment. They also have a workout room and a pool. It's not a bad place, and we're happy we got my brother-in-law in there.

I toured Madison Meadows. I didn't particularly like where it was. They only had a 1-bedroom, and that would be too small for myself and my husband. It was probably fine, reasonable, and clean. It was just not something I was interested in. The dining area looked fine, it was clean, and empty. I'm sure it's a comfortable place for the residents. The staff was very nice, very knowledgeable, and she seemed quite effective in her position. She was very helpful, and she gave us some good information.

My apartment here at Madison Meadows is not bad at all. It has its own bathroom and shower. You can have your own air-conditioning, and if you want to eat three meals, they have three chef-prepared meals a day. It's very good and quiet here, and I enjoy it. The staff is really fine and trying to do their best. I get along well with all of them so far. I don't get involved in activities, but they have poker games and movie nights a couple of times a week.

I moved into Madison Meadows last April. I get three meals a day and the food is okay. The staff is caring. We have different kinds of games. I'm in a large studio with a bath and a small kitchen.

We chose Madison Meadows for my brother because he knows people in that neighborhood and because of the price. The rooms open on to patios, so he's able to grow a garden in there. One studio room we saw was painfully small, had a little counter in the back with a dorm-size refrigerator, and no stove. They have put central air-conditioning into all of the units, but they had left an air-conditioner in this unit, which was not working. It blocked a whole 4x4 area of wall space, which would ordinarily have been a window. The studio he is in is more than adequate, has 2 large closets, and the whole bathroom/kitchen area is separated by a partial wall from the sleeping/living area, so it gives the impression that it's a 1-bedroom. He has 2 sets of French doors that open on to the patio, a 2-burner stove, a regular size refrigerator, and a sink. The food is very repetitive, and it's not at all good. They had an activities director, but the activities are very repetitive as well. They play nickel, Black Jack, and Scrabble. They have a water aerobics lady and a nice heated pool, but only one person participates. They use the movie room for chapel, and they have a library. The building itself is very old.

Madison Meadows was quite old, and it was in Sunnyslope, which is not a real great neighborhood. The lady at the desk had a heavy smoke all over her and it was a bad first impression. They had two-bedroom apartments, but they didn't have washers and dryers in every room. The walkways were not covered, so if you wanted to go to the Continental breakfast in the morning when it's raining, you have to take your umbrella.

We moved into Madison Meadows. The place is old and dated. It could use some upgrading. Our apartment is a lot smaller than what we're used to but we're trying to make it work. They need to make some improvements with their facilities though. The laundry facilities are not sufficient. There are only two dryers and three washers and there is not enough for the people here. There's one washer that they haven't put in yet, and it has been like that since before I moved in. The maintenance is very slow. I have been waiting for a month to get more grab bars. The staff members are great. The majority of them are very good. We don't do a lot of the activities because my other half goes to a daycare center for adults and I take him there most of the time during the week. Nevertheless, Madison Meadows has different activities like entertainment. They have a ventriloquist one day and they have music. They also bring in vendors for shopping. We did some of the music and we watched a couple of shows. They have poker night and casino night. The food is good too.

Madison Meadows was OK, but I just wasn't impressed with the place. The surrounding areas didn't seem that neat and clean. When we were looking at the rooms, there were things from the residents that shouldn't have been allowed because it made the outer appearance look dumpy. The lady I spoke to was very nice and we had a nice visit. The rooms I saw were small and didn't have furnishings.

Madison Meadows was old, and the people were not very active and seemed to be reliant on the staff. The average age was 87 or 88 years old. The apartments were a good size but older and a little more rundown than you might want. The facilities were so-so because of the age. They had a barber shop, nursing station, library, and an activities chart. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place needed a new paintjob, repairs here and there, and a little makeover.

The physical layout of the Madison Meadows was horrible. The apartments were dark and gloomy. The general area, the reception, area and dining area were fine. The staff members were fine, too.

Madison Meadows had a beautiful main area, and the dining room was OK but old. The place was terrible. All of the apartments were outside. If it was raining, you'd have to walk outside to get to your meal. They had very few activities.
