We provide a physician-led team encompassing nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, social services, therapeutic recreation and nutritional services. Home health at Westchester provides skilled nursing directed by the attending physician. The skilled nursing staff is on call 24 hours per day seven days per week and works closely with all members of the health care team to identify client-specific goals and outcomes.
