I'm here now in Country Club Village Retirement Community. I like everything about it. I like the convenience and I like knowing that I have help if I need it. I also like the food. They have chair exercises everyday. The staff members are all very nice. They go out of their way to help you. I think they do good with what they do. The place is very clean, they take care the cleaning for you, and they're just pretty neat. They have a real nice dining room. I also think the price is reasonable enough.

I didn't care for Crown Trace Villa too much. It was kind of dingy. The staff who toured us was new and didn't know all the answers; she kept saying she has to check on it. The dining area looked very nice and clean. They had a library and a sitting room where you could talk to people.

What I liked about Country Club Village was it gave you an opportunity to move into a bungalow rather than just a room with a cooking area and bathroom. It gives you more than just a hotel-type of accommodation. The staff who toured us was very nice, accommodating, and answered my questions really well. The food was extremely well-prepared and there were good choices.

West Shores was very nice and pleasant. The rooms were adequate. There were plenty of residents. The staff was exceptionally nice. The facilities were very nice. I saw a game room, a community room, and a reading room. I saw people playing with this electronic thing and some people playing cards. I didn't eat there, but the menu sounded fantastic.
