This Community is absolutely awful, The building itself is splendid but don\'t let looks fool you! This community has really gone downhill in the last 6 months or so. I\'m not even sure that half of the residents in this community are even fit to be there! We moved my mother out due to lack of care and the fact that they have went through management so fast I don\'t even know who to look for anymore. I had to give one star but I\'m not sure that it was even deserved. If I was you, I would steer clear of this place. There are plenty of places in Jonesboro to choose from and this one isn\'t it.

We went to Liberty Park Senior Living of Jonesboro and my grandma fell in love with it. She gave a $1,000 deposit to hold the room. We liked the price. We had three different rooms to choose from and my grandma loved that. Everything was one level and the halls were wide so she could use her electric wheelchair. The staff was nice and they were cleaning when we were there, so the place was spotless. We didn't find anything wrong, it was beautiful. The residents were eating and the food smelt great. They helped me with my grandma's VA. My grandpa fought in the war so they gave me all the literature to help get her more money from Patriot Angels. Right now, I'm really impressed.

Liberty Park is a beautiful facility. I was very impressed towards them, but it was a little bit out of our price range. It's attached to Arkansas Continued Care Hospital. It's brand new and it looks like it's very nice. I sat down and talk with a staff for a couple of hours, and had a great time. I wish it had been in our budget but I can't really say that it's better than the other community my mom is staying now, but I was impressed with both facilities. I saw some of the activities going on at Liberty Park, everybody looked to be having a good time. They were doing some calisthenics when I was in there, some folks with their rollators, walkers, wheelchairs, and some sitting on the couch, but they were doing calisthenics. I was very impressed, they were having a good time.

My mom moved into South Wind Heights on Tuesday, November 24th. So far the community is wonderful but she took ill on Sunday and she's hospitalized now. It's a great place. Even with their COVID guidelines, you can tell it's an active community for seniors. Everybody seems really happy there. I love it. Hope my mother recovers quickly so I can get her back out there. I really have no complaints or whatsoever about the place, it's been great. Wish she was in a good shape to enjoy it. The staff has been so helpful and very accommodating. I was not expecting that, frankly, with my previous experience with the other facility, I wouldn't be expecting all of the help and cheerfulness for one thing. I don't have anything negative to record about South Wind Heights, it's just been great. It's absolutely what she needs, soon she gets her mobility back and it's exactly what I wanted it to be; getting a lot of value for the money.
