Grand Villa Residential Care

Grand Villa Residential Care is a state licensed six-bed residential care home, highly upgraded in the upscale South Escondido neighborhood. We are close to Poway, Rancho Bernardo and other major San Diego Communities. Amenities and attractions include Westfield North County Mall (formerly North County Fair), San Diego Zoo Safari Park, downtown Escondido and Felicita Park. Most importantly, we are only minutes away from the Palomar Medical Center.

We have resident computer stations in the living room, a central courtyard, a backyard for family BBQ gathering, a beautiful wheelchair accessible garden, and many programs to keep residents happy and health. All of our caregivers are experienced in caring for the elderly and are supervised by nurse. They are available 24 hours to assist in dressing and grooming, daily housekeeping, laundry and assistance with medication. Our caregiver to resident ratio is 1 to 3. We emphasize person-centered care and often go the extra mile to make sure our residents feel at home.
