I'm very happy with them. I've only had one call with the agency so far, and it was fine. We chose them because they're the only people who would do the late hours I need, that's why. The caregiver that we have from them is very good. She's very conscientious of things and understands what's going on here.

I got them for my mother-in-law. They help her with bathing, cleaning, changing clothes, and doing household work. The caregivers are professional and do their jobs. I do not have any issues.

I visited Heritage Estates and it was nice. It's a step above typical. They have a nice and very open restaurant area. I liked the options they have for independent living. They had a way to get to the parking space directly from your unit without going through locked doors to get to your own car. Things like that make the place less prison-like. The staff that gave me the tour was nice. The residents were doing some exercising and there were a couple of activities going on at once. They seem to be pretty active.

Information About Assisted Living Facilities in Livermore
Livermore, formerly known as Nottingham, is famous for being California’s oldest wine region. It is in the surrounding Livermore Valley that the first grapes were planted to make some of the best wines in the world, thus paving the way for the area’s early economy.
The city’s mild weather makes it the perfect place not just for grape-growing and wine-making, but also for adopting a more laid-back lifestyle. Livermore is the third wealthiest midsize city in the nation and in 2008 was ranked as the 15th safest city in the country.
Such accomplishments make Livermore assisted living a highly-recommended choice for seniors looking into long-term residential options.
Livermore Activities
Residents of Livermore assisted living communities will enjoy both leisure and entertainment in the city’s delightful facilities. The city boasts a state-of-the-art Public Library, and the Bankhead Theater which holds many musicals and ballets, not to mention classic Shakespearean performances. The Duarte Garage & Lincoln Highway Museum showcases well-maintained vintage cars and vehicles. The Robert Livermore Community Center is home to the Senior Services Center which provides a variety of worthwhile activities and programs to help pass the time.
