Belmont Village Hollywood Heights did not have skilled nursing, so we did not really consider it very seriously. It's on a main street. The interior was decent and modern, and it's a new building. The dining area was OK. They have a decent exercise room. It was a clean facility.

Sakura Gardens' rooms were kind of small and noisy. The staff was OK. It's an old building, so the dining area was old and rundown. They had a vegetable garden.

Park Ventura was probably the best one that we saw. It was very nice, and the office staff was trained very well. Everything that we wanted would be provided. I wouldn't hesitate to put my uncle there, but he doesn't want a shared room.

CityView was very clean and pleasant. The colors were coordinated, and you can tell that an interior decorator had done the work. The person who assisted me was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very attentive. The food looked good. They had a violinist come in while I was there to play Frank Sinatra songs.
