Shearwater Residence is a unique senior living community located in Orangevale, CA. With only 16 residents, all with private rooms, Shearwater Residence provides the personalized care of a small home, with the added benefits of a larger community, including a full-time chef and a full-time activity director.

There is plenty of sunlight outside on the wrap-around deck, where meals are served and activities are offered, as well as the sun-filled activity room where skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows offer an abundance of natural light.
