There are six cottages here in Pacifica Palm Springs, 15 people in each cottage, so each person has their own bedroom and a bath. The first 3 cottages are named after trees, like ashford or cedar, while elm and fir are for memory care. If someone wants to live there they can have their own car and they can go out. It's the ideal place if you're hunting for a place for a family member. When we went there we had a chance to have a lunch. Everybody, the attendants, the people in the main office know my sister-in-law, they greet her and they are very, very friendly and very caring. I am very pleased. They keep in contact right now, there's I think 6 in my sister-in-law's cottage that tested positive, but none of them have fevers yet. None of them are showing signs of Covid. I went in because I have been with my sister-in-law, I've taken her to the doctor, so I was with her. They had me come in and get tested too, and I've tested negative. Right now, they had set up a place where you can be talk and see each other through internet and through FaceTime. Before the Covid virus, I was able to take Thelma out every Friday, and we would go to Billy Reeds or to the Casino. You can take your loved ones out to restaurants, even if they're in the memory care. They had lots of activities before the Covid lockdown, volunteers would come in to entertain. I was there one time, and there was a man playing the guitar, and the people that were there were singing along. I sang along with him the songs that I knew, and Thelma happened to be there, too. I'm sure they'll bring all those entertainers back after Covid. They have lots of activities. They have a bus and they take them out for outing. I can't praise Pacifica highly enough. They're so compassionate to their employees and the residents.

Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs is a beautiful place, the people are very caring. I think they are great with people that only need assisted living, but mostly can be on their own, so for that they're a wonderful option. But for anyone who needs more care, they're probably not an ideal option. They have quite a few good activities, but they have to stay on the premises, but they did things like movie nights and stuff like that.

I liked Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs quite a bit. My mother liked it, too, but they had a waiting list. It's modern and clean, and the employees know their clients real well. It's a nice and friendly atmosphere. They were knowledgeable about the questions that I had. Their Christmas dinner was nicely set up, family members came, and the food looked good to me. They had quite a huge calendar of activities to have their clients interact and get to do things, and it's well organized.

Pacifica Senior Living was a very nice property in the middle of Palm Springs. It was very clean, very organized, very well-run, and without a doubt nice people. It's convenient location wise, and that would be the one I would choose if I was staying in the Palm Springs area. They had pool classes, exercise classes, a book club, little excursions off campus, and they're located across a library which was very appealing to me. I liked the size of the property, the size of the rooms, and the food was good.

We visited Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs. We liked it, but I wanted it to be more open, and with more people. Its a beautiful place with great areas. The staff was very nice to us, everybody said hello, Judy was very informative, and she gave us all kinds of information. The residents were in the clubhouse, and they were painting, but my mother would not like that. We looked at both a 1-bedroom and a studio, and the rooms were very nice. There were fewer people, and we saw the common rooms, but we didnt like it because it was just too small.

I really didn't care for anything at Windsor Court. The staff was very nice, but the place was extremely old. The parking is inadequate and a lot of the cars are parked at the side of the street. You have to go out of the front door in order to go to the back. Their dining room is huge, but the lunch and dinner menus are the same, and there's no way I'm eating hotdogs and hamburgers for dinner. The place was an old hotel and the rooms were of various sizes, but they didn't have any that were available for us to look at. However, they did have a swimming pool in the back.

Windsor Court is beautiful and very clean. They keep it very nice. It is very spacious, and it looks like resort-type of living. The staff members took me around and showed me some of the rooms and some of the activities going on. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They seemed to care about the residents. They showed me what they do too. They have activities that range from gatherings to book reading and book clubs.

Windsor Court was good, but the room was small. The food was good and they did have a list of activities. They have a library, media room, pool, craft room, and a beauty parlor. They have a limousine that takes residents to doctors' appointments, and a van that can take you shopping and to casinos.

We have already placed a friend of ours in assisted care at Windsor Court. It's profesionallly run and they have are hands on. The room is larger and they have more activities than other facilities, so it fit our friend's needs better than where she is. It's also less money. They have an exercise room, a movie theater, a game room, a swimming pool, a nice dining room, a lovely living room, a 50s diner social gathering area, patio setting, and they all have balconies. It's very clean. They have opted to do hard surface on the floors rather than carpeting which makes sense to me. It's just very nicely done.
