A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offers residents a maintenance-free lifestyle with several levels of health care options on one campus. The Canterbury CCRC has three levels of on-site care:

Independent Living for active people who don't need personal assistance;

Assisted Living for residents who require help with bathing, dressing and other activities of daily living;

Skilled Nursing for residents with chronic health issues or emergency needs.
