Lincoln Glen is a locally owned and operated senior living community in San Jose, California. Our origins are owned to the Lincoln Glen Church Congregation who recognized that seniors in their community needed care. In 1969 our community was built and has been the caring community of choice for seniors ever since.

We offer several floor plan options for residents to choose from: studio, one-bedroom apartments and free-standing cottages. All units include a full kitchen or kitchenette, closets, an emergency response system and in-suite climate controls. Your monthly rent includes all utili ties, including personal telephone. 

Every day at Lincoln Glen there’s something special going on. With numerous activities, residents will find their body, mind and spirit engaged. Activities include afternoon movies, Scrabble time, exercise classes and chair yoga. Meals are served in the community dining room that features restaurant-style dining. Residents who live in our cottages can enjoy one meal in the dining room, while our apartment residents are on a three-meal-a-day meal plan.

Available Services

You can rely on us when you’ve chosen to live at Lincoln Glen. There’s never any need to worry about home maintenance or housekeeping services as we are happy to take care of it. Scheduled transportation is available to get you to doctor’s appointments or even local shopping trips throughout the week.

Those who need more support can expect a full wellness assessment before they join our community, so we can ensure that loved ones will receive just the special care that they deserve. A well-crafted care plan may include help with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, ambulation and medication administration. Residents requiring memory care can transition into memory care or nursing care.
