Shalom Park

Shalom Cares is a not-for-profit continuum-of-care community that offers personalized healthcare services primarily, though not exclusively, for seniors. Our a-la-carte services allow for individualized care plans - no need to pay for anything you don't want or need. From senior patio and apartment home rentals, to assisted living and nursing care, to home health and hospice care, we've left no stone unturned. You'll love our new senior Wellness Center, complete with a warm water pool, fitness gym, rehabilitation gym, salon and bistro. We have several dining options, daily activities, special events for residents and their families, religious services, flowering gardens, walking paths, care coordinators, and much more. There's no shortfall of choices - and we welcome pets, too!
