AltaVita Assisted Living Memory Care Centre is a locally-owned community dedicated to providing quality assisted living and memory care for seniors in the Longmont area. With a certified geriatric psychiatrist serving as our full-time medical director and staff specifically trained in memory care, our community is designated as a “Leader in Dementia Care” by the Alzheimer's Association.

Each neighborhood features common areas to gather for group meals and activities. To provide a connection with nature, this is a secured outdoor courtyard with birdfeeders and an aquarium featuring exotic fish.

The apartments are tailored to meet the needs of our residents; our two-bedroom suite is perfect for a couple, while the cozy private suite is ideal for an individual. Each apartment offers a view of the courtyard and is designed with decorative touches to make it feel like home. For security, there is an emergency call system in each room.

To further enhance our residents' experience at our community, we have an exercise room and spa, and at the ice cream parlor, residents can treat visiting family members to dessert. Each day, residents have a variety of customized activities, such as singing, painting, or cooking, that will keep them active and engaged.

When residents join our community, they receive an individualized care plan designed to meet their emotional and physical needs. We work actively with family members to ensure they are kept appraised of their loved one's progress, and throughout the year, we host family nights so families can remain connected.
