If I could give the Memory Care facility less than 1 star , I would. This place is filthy. You immediately smell urine as soon as you walk into the vestibule, before entering the actual Memory Care area. Things of my mothers constantly went missing. And over the last 3 months my mother was not being bathed properly and smelled very badly. I even complained as high up as The VP of operations. The management sees nothing wrong with the state of the facility and nothing is going to change here. So, after 8 months of complaints and hoping they would do the right things to fix their issues, I moved my mom. Note- if you have complaints about a facility in Fl, also send information AS IT IS HAPPENING to ACHA . ACHA did an inspection of the facility and found it to be “in limits” of their guidelines. It is amazing to me what is within their guidelines.wow!

My mom was with Home Sweet Home for about 5 months until her passing. The staff and the administrator (Christina) were amazing and caring through some very tough times. Maureen cared for my mom as if she was a member of her family and the entire house (including the other residents) showed compassion and care every day. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for living assistance for an elderly loved one.

I went to Brookdale Palm Coast. It was recently renovated. It had a beautiful appearance, the staff seemed very friendly, and they took me around to show me activities and a sample of the apartment that was available. I was really impressed. They were making ice cream sundaes for that specific day that I was there. I didn't see any other activities, but they have them. They have a barber shop and beauty salon. Parking was adequate. It was a smaller facility and not multi-level.

The Windsor of Palm Coast is very nice. The staff we talked with was very informative. However, the more care you need, the more the price goes up, so my mother-in-law was not able to afford that one. It was set up for the pandemic as far as making sure that everybody had a mask on. When you go in for a tour, they give you masks and gloves and make sure that you're very protected and that their people are protected as well. They have four different apartment styles for the one-bedroom. It is anywhere from 370 to 467 square feet with a bathroom, a seating area, and a kitchen area. It's very clean, too. The staff was very knowledgeable. The young lady tried everything to get the price to where it was affordable for us. She went way above and beyond. They were just very tailored to try to help us to get in there.

Las Palmas was stunningly gorgeous. It's amazing. The apartments were topnotch. The residents were so busy and happy. The staff member was personable and very helpful. The dining area was lovely, and they showed us a movie room and an exercise room. They had a lake, a pool, and beautiful grounds.

Las Palmas was very beautiful and had very friendly people. I liked the little houses by the water. There were lots of trees, and I liked the location. Everything was beautiful. If I ever have to go to a community, it would be this one. The staff was very friendly and asked me back for lunch. It was very nice. The little houses are two-bedrooms and they were very nice. They told me they have activities like yoga and a libray. Everything was wonderful. The place was just excellent. The lady who assisted me during the tour was very nice.

Flagler Pines' appearance is a little bit dated, but the healthcare and staff are wonderful. My sister doesn't like the food at all since everything has some kind of spice on it. She's primarily doing rehabilitation exercises with the physical therapists. They have crafts, bingo, game nights, and lectures.

My wife is at Flagler Health and Rehab and she likes the place and wants to stay there. The building itself isn't modern, however, the care of the patients is excellent. As soon as you ring the bell, someone comes to find out what you need. The rooms are a little small, especially the shared rooms. So far, I haven't had one bad report from any of the people I've spoken with there. They all seemed to like the meals, the medical assistance, and the nursing staff. The place is old-fashioned, but the service is what a patient should get. They're very good and the food is excellent. It's worth every penny.

It is clean, the architecture is very good, there are lots of hallways, the rooms are more than adequate, and the air in the area seemed fresh. They have exercise classes, exercise rooms, and a library. The staff was very pleasant to talk to.
