Since December 2007, when the residents of Arbor Trace joined together to purchase the Arbor Club, including the full-service restaurant and assisted living facility, we have been a completely resident-owned community. We are ‘Masters of Our Own Destiny' with control of all maintenance and club fees ourselves. This allows us to offer a variety of high-quality services and amenities while also keeping a close eye on reducing expenses.
Opened in 1991, the first phase of Arbor Trace consisted of 91 lakefront villas and mid-rise condominium residences along with the 36,000 square foot clubhouse facility surrounding Arbor Lake. The second and final phase is now complete with the 17-level high-rise, Tower Pointe at Arbor Trace, consisting of 116 residences and amenities, such as the Gathering Place on the ground floor and the Top of the Pointe Club on the rooftop level with unobstructed panoramic views that overlook the Gulf of Mexico and Little Hickory Bay.
