I loved The Preserve at Palm-Aire. I went there yesterday and I really liked it a lot. It was clean and it has lots of amenities. Ernesto, the guy that showed me around, was fabulous. It was Ernesto that made me decide to do the tour. He understood what my reasons were. We did a virtual tour at first. It's amazing how much you don't see in a virtual tour. It's not the same at all. Everything was really good there.

The Preserve at Palm Aire was very nice. Everything seemed to be a la carte. You have to pay for your pills. It looked like Club Med to me, which was nice. It's more like a resort. It's beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, and they have a nice big parking lot in the front. Everybody was nice. They have a swimming pool. The rooms were very nice, but they were small.

The people at The Preserve at Palm Aire were personable, even just from talking to them. They're one of the friendliest out of the places that I talked to, they answered more than just one-word answers, elaborated, and asked me questions. When we got there, it was the only place that asked questions about my father and his background. The rooms are very nice and spacious and they have great closet space. They have a daily list of calendars that you can go down and get for the month of all the activities and different things going on within the place. The food is good and they're currently working on it. They have a new chef that just started.

The Preserve at Palm Aire is beautiful, very clean, and in a good area. The staff is very friendly and super nice. You walk in the front door and it looks like you're walking into a mansion with a winding staircase. They have their own shuttle bus and they take you wherever you want to go. I'm really happy with the place. The menu is out of this world and the dining room is beautiful, with linen napkins, nice linen tablecloths, and beautiful silverware. It's like walking into a fancy restaurant.

My mom was at The Preserve at Palm Aire. It was very nice. We liked it. Everything was good. The staff members were good. They were attentive and they were familiar with the residents. My mom didn't really participate into any activities, but they did have a lot of them. They had buses that took them on trips. Her room was very nice with a good view. She had a full kitchen. The food was good and there were a lot of choices. The facilities were very good. I would like to go back there, but they're not Medicaid. I think they're very expensive. The main thing is it's month-by-month, there's no equity or commitment, but that's good.

I was impressed with the apartments at The Preserve at Palm Aire. They had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, washer and dryer, a balcony, and they were spacious. Once a week, they have a cleaning service. The lady who assisted me during the tour was very nice. They take the residents to the casinos.

The Preserve at Palm Aire was very bright and friendly. People looked like they were having a good time. The room we saw was a very roomy junior suite. The location was very good and convenient, and the grounds were well kept. Everybody was laughing and having a good time. They gave us a calendar of all their events, and it seemed like they were busy. They can do as much or as little as they want. The place looked very nice and clean. The rooms were bright, the public rooms looked very nice and clean, and the windows were clean.

The Preserve at Palm Aire was very well maintained and clean. The landscaping was absolutely gorgeous. It looked like a luxury hotel inside the courtyard. The grounds were nice and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, outgoing, accommodating, and seemed very interested in welcoming potential new residents. I liked their 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments for me and my friend because there's more space when sharing and it's less expensive. The single ones were a little small. Their food was really good.

My dad moved into The Preserve at Palm Aire. It's very nice and I'm very pleased with the layout. The reception person at the front desk is very pleasant, helpful, and resourceful. They really presented a good feel for me and made me comfortable with what they had to offer, especially the type of apartment, the needs that my dad has, and the possibility of transitioning to the other services that are there. The food was good and actually had flavor. I was impressed. They cater as much as possible to the population that lives there. My dad goes to the gym, which is good. I'm very pleased with the new resident orientation, which gives them the chance to learn about the place and get around on their own. The dining seating is a little tricky if you're a new person and you're trying to get to know others. The price is reasonable.

The Preserve at Palm Aire seems very nice and the staff is really pleasant. Some staff-members are more friendly than others, but so far things are good. Up until tonight the food was good because I didn't enjoy tonight's meal, although that's just a matter of taste. I have a lovely apartment, and so far so good because I'm satisfied. They're also pet-friendly.

The Preserve at Palm Aire had somebody available for me at the appointment time. They all of the literature and were able to answer all of my questions. I toured the facility and was able to speak with some of the residents. I was able to see the residents interacting; they weren't just sitting there. I was looking at private rooms that were immaculate and a little bit on the small side but acceptable.

The Preserve at Palm Aire is very nice. The staff members are all OK. The dining room service is very slow, but they said they're working on it. The food is excellent; that's why we chose this place. We're in the independent living, so the services are minimal. Our room is great and has two bedrooms and a balcony. It's not the exact apartment that I wanted, but it is close enough. It has a refrigerator and a stove. For activities, they offer everything.
