the one you will be putting in this “home” please find a new place for them. Starting off, my great grandmother was the one admitted into this 24 hour elderly home (keep that in mind)being the first person to be admitted in, and at first, I thought that this would be an amazing place to put her. Obviously, family and friends would visit her, well everyone, family or not, got prohibited to see her for a few weeks, which is already ridiculous, she was in her later years of her life, and your going to deny people to go see her? But that’s not all folks, when we went to go visit her again later on, and she looked like she was about to fall out of her chair in the dining hall, Matt, the head owner of the place said, “She walked over here, she needs to walk back”. And a day before she sadly passed, they tried to kick her out until a nurse told they she is to not be moved, and gave her a hospital bed until the day she went. And just as a little cherry on top, when she passed, we went to go collect her furniture from the room, and we asked Matt where her bed was, that the family paid for mind you. Matt said, “I don’t know where it is, I got to run” and left, and then we asked the same question to the second hand women, and she said, “That sounds like a Matt problem to me” with a very snarky attitude. All in all, if you value your loved ones more then a paycheck, please find a better place for them

The Lynmoore is a very clean living facility. The food has a great presentation and my Dad love the food. The rooms are nice size and clean on a daily basic. The Lynmoore has a friendly caring staff.

Great service, dependable, and they were wonderful. My husband who was the patient passed away on April 17th and it was the nurse, Anne, from Home Instead in Florida that came into the house on Good Friday and recognized that he was in real trouble. It wasn't COVID, it was Parkinson's. She's the one that helped me get him into the emergency room. Then from there, we went to hospice. Anne was wonderful in terms of just supporting and being there for me. His caregiver, Veron, and I would bathe him and change him, and without her help I couldn't have done it. They were just wonderful with Parkinson's patients. They were so good. They made my life a lot easier and they made my husband happier.

We chose it because of the price. They have nice private villas and lots of greenery around. The staff is very nice, but the food is institutional. There are lots of things going on that we like. It's been a satisfying move. We plan and do many things as a group in independent living. We have regular pizza parties, social meetings every Saturday, coffee time, groups come in to entertain and educate, they go on trips, and they take you shopping or to your doctors.

Atria Port St. Lucie was very nice, and the people were lovely. The lady who took us around was wonderful with my mother, treated her with care and dignity and made her feel good. I really liked it. If it wasn't for the distance, my mother would've been very comfortable there and I would have been perfectly happy. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the odor of the place. The dining room looked very nice. It was sit-down dining with a menu.
