It looks like I'm going to move in to Legacy Ridge at Marietta, probably end of December. It's new and it's really nice looking. I hope I'm going to be able to adjust to it because it will be a change. Everybody seemed happy and helpful there. We spent a lot of time there today, looking around, answering questions and my daughter was there with me and filled up some paperwork. The staff was good, they were terrific. They have no Covid positive there. We didn't see much of activities, it was in the afternoon. There was a courtyard but it was a bad weather, there was nobody out in the court. They ask me what I like and I've seen the dining area and it's very nice. It's definitely clean.

We're very happy with everything. The facility was nice and the people were nice; everything would have worked but my mother-in-law decided she didn't want to go yet. The staff was excellent, the room was very nice and everything was very comfortable for what her needs were. In terms of amenities and activities, we went through what they do but with COVID it's not as much as before. The meals are included.

My father checked out of Manor Care Rehabilitation Center two weeks ago yesterday. They were very helpful in keeping you abreast of what was going on. They were very thorough in providing you with information related to what they do and what would be happening during his stay. We were allowed to visit him through the window of his room, and any time we asked a question, people were very responsive. The facility, from what we could ascertain, appeared very well kept. It's a very nice campus. Overall, we felt he got good care. He said the food was tasteless, though.

Anderson Mill Health and Rehabilitation Center is a good facility. My friend stayed there and gave me a good review of them, which is why I decided on my father going there. It's clean and spacious. The staff has been good. I haven't had a bad experience since he's been there. The communication could be better. It's very challenging when trying to call and check on your loved ones. That's the only thing I would say is not good. Everything seemed pretty clean with the feeding that they give him.

My uncle was at Signature Healthcare. It was wonderful. His room was great; however, he shared it with another person. Four people also had to share a bathroom, which was rough. The staff members were fantastic. They were wonderful. My uncle didn't complain about the food. He had a lot of physical therapy and occupational therapy. It did not feel like a nursing home when you walk in. You didn't get that impression at all. It didn't smell that way. It was bright and wonderful.

It is good. My brother is in their assisted living. The staff is friendly, the surroundings are very nice, and the food is good. The activities are very good and varied. They have bus trips, trips to lunch, and tours to different areas.

Woodland Ridge is very safe and secure. The residents there can't get lost and the people were very nice. The place is really clean and didn't have any residual odors that some nursing homes have. Overall, it's very welcoming. The staff member who assisted me during my tour was very nice and informative. I saw some residents having a meal somewhere in the garden, which I thought was interesting. The place was very quiet because many of the people were going on a field trip. They offered us a meal, and we had fish with vegetables, which was very tasty.

We hired 4 Seasons Home Care, Inc for my brother. Most of the staff members have been excellent, and in the cases where they have not, 4 Seasons has corrected things immediately. They have someone coming eight hours a day to help my brother with light housekeeping, food shopping, and showering. The billing has been fine; we've had no problems.

We went to this facility. It was nice, a little bit isolated, and in an almost rural area, but it had good facilities. Some of the rooms were 2-bedrooms, and that was nice. I liked it. It has beautiful outdoor areas where you can sit out in good weather, and I was impressed with the manager, she took me through, and showed me everything.

In most cases applicants receive a response within 24 hours, and if approved, money from the loan can be sent directly to the assisted living provider.
