This licensed 58-bed personal care community consists of residential suites with private baths and emergency call systems. All utilities are covered including telephone and cable TV. In addition to the facility's 24-hour staffing that performs medication oversight, there are partner providers for rehabilitation and therapy, skilled nursing, chronic care and palliative/hospice care. Nurse practitioner, physician, podiatry and dental services are also available.

Established by Clairmont Place Condominium Association as a safe, stimulating environment, Montclair Personal Care Home offers lifestyle amenities that support the residents' independence.
