We offer a variety of floor plans to meet our residents' lifestyle requirements. Residents can choose the privacy of a private suite or the friendship found in a companion suite. Apartment features include wall-to-wall carpeting, an emergency call system and spacious closets. The monthly rent covers water, garbage and electricity.

Every day at Plantation South Dunwoody we offer a variety of activities including Zumba, trivia and bridge. For those times when our residents want to relax by themselves, there is a TV room, a well-stocked library and gorgeous courtyard.

Available Services

Our residents enjoy three, freshly prepared meals served restaurant-style every day, and healthy snacks are provided between meals. We also provide scheduled transportation for errands and medical appointments. Weekly housekeeping and personal laundry service frees everyone from daily chores so they can have more time having fun.

For each resident, whether they need personal care services or specialized memory care we craft a care plan that outlines the level of support we will provide. Medication assistance, assistance with activities of daily living and staff escort are among the services we provide. Our community also features a specially designed memory care neighborhood with Life Skill stations.
