Centrally located in a peaceful, wooded setting just off of I-75 near The Shoppes at River Crossing, The Cottages on Wesleyan is a unique senior living community offering both independent and assisted living options to seniors in the Atlanta area. Our welcoming community fosters independent living in beautifully landscaped surroundings with access to the Main Cottage for dining and activities.

Developed by Double Eagle Associates, one of Georgia's premier builders of luxury retirement communities, Cottage Lifestyle communities specialize in meeting the unique needs of seniors from no-step entries to gated-access neighborhoods.

Our private cottages offer active retirees the freedom to live the life they want without the burdens of traditional home ownership. Available
in spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans, homes feature full kitchens, attached garages and all major appliances.
Designed for the senior who needs a little extra help with life's daily activities, our Main Cottage is licensed under revised 2011 State of Georgia guidelines for assisted living. While private apartments are available, our unique companion suites allow couples to remain together even as personal needs change over time.
Available Services
At The Cottages on Wesleyan, all residents enjoy the peace of mind of living in a secure, gated community with facility maintenance, utilities,
landscaping and security included in the monthly fee. Meals are served daily in our Main Cottage for our assisted living residents, although independent living residents are welcome to join us for lunch.
For the comfort and convenience of residents in our Main Cottage, housekeeping, personal laundry service, meals and activities are all provided. Staff are able to assist with personal care, as well as medication supervision and follow-up with medical appointments, and a nurse is on call 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
All of the services we offer at The Cottages on Wesleyan are designed to reflect the needs of our seniors as we want to complement this vibrant, rewarding time of life.

- Fee Structure: Monthly fees are inclusive of all levels of care, laundry services, housekeeping services, all utilities (except telephone), and meals. Application fee $350. Move-in fee $1,000.
- Housing: Room and housing options – All of our assisted living suites include a kitchenette with storage, sink, refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven. Each suite also has a private bath. Studio Suites, 1-bedroom Suites, 2-bedroom Suites, Companion Suites.

We are on the waiting list for the cottages on Wesleyan. We chose it for the actual living quarters, the layout of the floor plans, and the activities they have. They have games, book clubs, lunch, and they have areas where Mom could walk.
