Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, Magnolia Manor on the Coast in Richmond Hill, Georgia offers a range of senior living options, including independent living and assisted living, allowing residents to gracefully age in place.

Since our first community opened its doors in 1963, Magnolia Manor, a ministry of the United Methodist Church, has made it our mission to provide older adults a quality lifestyle within a loving Christian atmosphere. Over the following 40 years, our non-profit organization has made additions and improvements to our campus and expanded the number of our communities to serve more seniors throughout the state of Georgia. We now serve the needs of over 1,200 individuals of all faiths each and every day with services including independent living, assisted living, personal care, memory care and skilled nursing.

Mealtime is an important center of everyone’s life and our culinary staff prepares three delicious and healthy meals each day in our restaurant-style dining room. With a variety of social and planned recreational activities, our staff works to incorporate each resident’s interests. Best of all, residents will be pleased to find our very own on-site fitness center and heated pool.

Available Services

We take care of essentials such as housekeeping, personal laundry and linens. Even better, utilities, with the exception of telephone, are included in one convenient monthly rent. With a beauty salon and barber shop and on-site services such as a wellness center, we have everything you could need in one place.
