We offer free-standing cottages, one- and two-bedroom apartments that promise maintenance-free living and features of full kitchens, a washer/dryer and a private patio or balcony.

Available Services

We also offer other services that relieve you of household responsibilities, such as bi-weekly housekeeping and flat linen services. You may customize the use of these services to meet your preferences, such as with the MyChoice flexibility program where you select the dining service that you desire. We also provide scheduled transportation and handle the exterior maintenance.

As a Life Care community, The Terraces at Boise offers a full continuum of care - from assisted living services to memory care and skilled nursing. This means you won't have to move as your health care needs evolve, and even if you deplete your financial resources, we will never ask you to leave The Terraces.
