Located in Meridian, Trinity at 1st Street is only minutes away from many healthcare facilities, including Treasure Valley Hospital which is 6 miles away. Several pharmacies and retail stores are nearby for residents to refill prescriptions and enjoy a day of shopping with friends. Religious residents also have many churches to choose from, several of which are within 4 miles of the facility.

Trinity at 1st Street is an assisted living facility that also provides hospice services in a group home setting. The 24-hour staff includes a life enrichment coordinator, who schedules a wide variety of activities that promote mental and physical health. Residents may receive help from a nurse with medication management as well as with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing. The staff also takes care of housekeeping and laundry.

A few times a month, Trinity at 1st Street gets together with the three other Trinity homes for BBQs and other cooking activities, along with shopping and movie outings.
