Midway Pointe

Located in the heart of Chicago, IL, Midway Pointe offers senior apartments in the Garfield Ridge neighborhood. Midway Pointe is an independent living community for seniors aged 55 and older. The six-story building offers spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as recycling and garbage chutes on every floor. The comfortably furnished apartments come equipped with large private bathrooms, in addition to walk-in closets and eat-in kitchens. On-call maintenance and housekeeping staff are available, and a free laundromat is located on-site.

Residents at Midway Pointe are free to eat at the continental breakfast, and meal plan participants are welcome to three gourmet meals daily. Grocery and pharmacy deliveries are also provided, as well as linen services. A variety of fun activities are offered to the active community, and there are several lounge and entertainment areas inside, including a TV lounge and a library.
