Elmhurst is a vibrant community featuring several art and history museums, higher learning at College of DuPage and Elmhurst College, a symphony orchestra for music lovers and the York Woods Forest Preserve for hikers. Park Place of Elmhurst is operated by Providence Life Services, a Christian-based, not-for-profit organization. Since 1914, Providence Life Services has served Chicago-area seniors by providing residential accommodations and services, and the organization also serves seniors in 12 other communities found in Illinois, Michigan and Indiana.

Our community contains a robust offering of amenities that will appeal to every interest: a library for book clubs, a creative studio when you want to work on a creative project and a club/game room for poker night with friends. You will also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center that includes a full-size pool and spa.

You can enjoy fine and casual dining at one of our several community dining rooms that feature a restaurant-style eating experience. Should you need to grab a quick lunch or snack between activities, there is the Market Place bistro. For nights when you want to throw a dinner party for friends, your spacious kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances can accommodate any culinary challenge.

Available Services

From our one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, you will find a style that feels like home. You have the convenience of a washer and dryer, but the housekeeping and maintenance services are taken care of by us. All utilities are also paid, except for phone. While you are welcome to bring your car, we take the hassle out of driving by providing scheduled transportation for errands and appointments.

Park Place of Elmhurst is a continuing care community, which means you have access to the Providence Health & Wellness Center when your health needs change, and best of all, you won't have to move. We offer assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services all on the same campus.
