And at our community, daily activities allow you to spend the day alongside other spirited people just like yourself.

Ten Twenty Grove is one of five communities owned by Presbyterian Homes. For more than 100 years, our nonprofit, faith-based organization has served older adults from diverse backgrounds throughout the greater Chicago area. We strive to be an industry leader in developing innovative and quality residential programs that enrich the lives of older adults.

Featured Amenities

Views of the Evanston skyline, full kitchens and modern décor are found in all of our one- two- and three-bedroom apartments. While our apartments offer the independence of a house, you won't have to worry about the maintenance or upkeep that is required since we handle all routine apartment maintenance. All utilities are included in the monthly fee except for telephone.

Your new home at Ten Twenty Grove is about more than just the apartment; it's about an entire community. There is a library and other gathering areas where residents meet for activities or to catch up on the day's happenings. New residents quickly feel welcomed into the community thanks to our community-wide events that include an annual talent show and midsummer art show.

Available Services

The Kimble Fitness Center at our nearby Westminster Place is available for you to use whenever you want. We even provide shuttle service so you won't have to drive. It has a fitness pool, warm-water therapy pool and a spacious exercise room. Exercise classes are hosted throughout the day, and the building also has a billiards room and a multi-purpose room.

Other helpful services that will make your life easier include weekly housekeeping and shuttle service for shopping and other errands. For the nights when you don't want to cook, you may visit The Highlands at King Home or Westminster Place and enjoy chef-prepared meals. We also offer wellness services and health care at the Hansen Clinic.
