This brand new Community, with ALL INCLUSIVE pricing, San Gabriel Memory Care is a family-owned and operated assisted living residence dedicated to serving the unique needs of adults with Alzheimer's and other memory-related illnesses.

We help alleviate the stress and fear that can surround Alzheimer's and dementia with multiple care options from daytime programs to full-time residential care.

Our approach promotes a sense of independence, well-being, and security in an open environment that is safe, but non-restrictive. Our building, programs, and staff are all focused entirely on memory care. We support residents, whatever their current stage of functionality, to create days full of meaning and purpose.
