My mother lived here for 10 years. I am still traumatized by what just happened. The apartment manager, "name removed", gave a key to my deceased mother's apt (she died October 17) to her "friend" a home health aide who works in the building, did not work for my mother, has a police record, and does not work for Longfellow Plaza. This home health aide was given a key to my mother's apartment on an "emergency" basis to feed a cat. This was not necessary. My mother's actual hired home health aide was feeding pets. This home health aide who had no business in my deceased mother's apartment proceeded to treat her belongings like her own personal garage sale and give my mom's belongings away, sell them? Who knows what she did with my mom's property, but it was disgusting and inappropriate and unprofessional.
