Fox Run is Council Bluffs and southwest Iowa's premier assisted living community, nestled on the 16h hole of the Fox Run Golf Course. Our apartment style retirement community offers the independence our residents desire and the help with many of their every day needs. With 66 spacious apartment and common spaces designed for friends, family and fun, Fox Run is proud to provide quality, professional care in a beautiful setting. With four individualized levels of care, each resident has a personalized plan designed especially for them.

At Fox Run, we understand that the needs of individual residents are not all alike. The same can be said about assisted living communities. Not every community offers the same services or provides the same level of care to their residents. Fox Run offers a unique, full service model which allows residents to remain in an assisted living environment even as care needs change or increase. We strive to maintain dignity, help our residents remain as independent as possible and enhance the overall quality of their lives. We offer four levels of care, and deliver an array of personalized services designed to meet the different and often changing needs of our residents.
