Each day, residents of our community have the opportunity to participate in a selection of fun and engaging events. These can include live music, Bible studies, book clubs, fitness programs, bingo and local outings or shopping trips. Meals are enjoyed restaurant-style in our community dining room, and a selection of tasty snacks and beverages are available throughout the day at the snack bar.

Apartments are offered in studio, one- and two-bedroom arrangements. Each home features either a kitchenette or kitchen, a private bathroom, individually controlled thermostat and emergency call system. When not enjoying the comfort of their private accommodations, residents are often found socializing on the sun porch, relaxing in one of our many common areas or browsing for a new book in our library.

Available Services

To better serve our residents here at Windsor Manor Grinnell, each senior at our community receives a specially tailored plan for the care services they receive. Such services can include medication management, assistance with dressing, personal hygiene and other activities of daily living. Our full-time Registered Nurse (RN) oversees the services provided, and staff members are on site 24 hours a day.

As a part of the standard services we provide, all accommodations at our community receive regular housekeeping and linen services. Barber and salon services are provided on site, and we are always happy to provide scheduled transportation to local destinations.
