Apartments at our community are offered in a variety of arrangements. Residents select from studio, one- or two-bedroom layouts that are equipped with kitchenettes, ample closet space, private bathrooms, individually controlled thermostats and 24-hour emergency response systems.

In addition to tasty snacks and treats being available throughout the day here at Arlington Place Oelwein, three restaurant-style meals are served in our beautiful dining room. For hosting special events or entertaining visiting family and friends, a private dining room is also available for use.
