A Home Plus is a facility caring for up to 12 residents needing supervised nursing care and/or personal care to help with limitations in activities of daily living.

Advanced Care Home Plus is a privately operated senior living community, licensed by the State of Kansas, Department of Aging. Our home offers private and semi private rooms to 12 residents in a safe and supervised home setting.

We offer personalized care to seniors who are:

In need of assistance with daily living activities
Living alone or at risk
Disabled or wheel chair bound
Recovering from surgery or illness
