At Heartsong Memory Care, we provide an uplifting care approach through our Best Friends^TM Approach to Dementia Care. Our supportive care is tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of loved ones with Alzheimer's disease, dementia or related memory impairments.

Heartsong Memory Care is a locally owned and operated memory care community. With our community only caring for 36 residents, we offer a homelike alternative to the larger assisted living communities where residents may not receive the personalized, one-on-one attention they need to enjoy life.

Heartsong Memory Care offers all the comfort of a home with the social atmosphere found in a close-knit family. Our community features welcoming gathering areas that play host to community activities and also private family gatherings. There is a secured courtyard that allows residents to sit outside and watch the chickens scratch or butterflies visit the community garden.

We offer a robust schedule of stimulating and engaging activity options geared to ensure ample opportunities of socializing and activity for each resident. Activities include trivia, gardening, singing and games. Residents are also able to perform familiar household tasks such as cooking or folding laundry. 

Available Services

When your loved one joins our community, they can choose a private or semiprivate room that only needs a few personal touches to make it feel like home. Housekeeping and laundry service will keep the place tidy and clean clothes in the drawers. We also provide scheduled transportation for appointments and errands. In the community dining room, meals are served family-style so everyone feels like part of a family. 

Families rest easy knowing that we provide 24-hour supervised care that is delivered by staff trained in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia. Each resident receives a care plan to ensure we are delivering the right combination of services and activities to create a fulfilling life. Residents have on-site access to physician visits, along with physical, occupational and speech therapies.
