Rose Mary C. Brooks Place is an assisted living community located in Winchester Kentucky that has a grandiose interiors, rich amenities and tranquil environment. Our community focuses on enhancing the quality of life of each of our residents. Here they remain active, independent and treated with respect.

Brooks Place is a non-profit retirement community offering assisted living in a gracious setting. We are very proud that we can offer a preferred setting for adults needing some assistance, but not requiring 24-hour skilled nursing care.

An array of floor plans is offered here at Rose Mary C. Brooks Place. We have studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments that has its own walk in shower, spacious closets, kitchenette and individual thermostat control. All homes can be decorated and personalize by residents to create a warm and home like atmosphere.

Our common living rooms are cozy and inviting. Residents gather here to make new memories and new friends. Our on-site hair salon is a place where residents can get the pampering that they deserve. We also have a community computer room where residents can surf the net.

Available Services

We provide instrumental activities in daily living which include housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, transportation services, clerical duties and shopping. We also have concierge services that assist residents with making appointments and schedules.

Our residents are surrounded with competent and highly trained staff that provides assistance to our residents in daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, medication management and mobility. Our staff are also available onsite 24 hours a day to make sure residents have access to help whenever they need it.
