Elderlife Bridge Loans
Elderlife Financial provides short-term bridge loans to seniors across the country looking for help paying for assisted living as they wait for longer-term funding options to begin. Suitable for individuals with plans to sell a home or who expect certain benefits in the future but who wish to move into an assisted living home now, the loans last for up to 12 months and have a quick application process.
When considering seniors for a loan, Elderlife examines financial information such as income, assets and credit scores. Because the company accepts multiple co-applicants on a loan, those with low credit scores may qualify based on the combined credit scores of their family members.
To apply for a bridge loan, seniors can complete the online application or call (888) 228-4500.
