Grace Morgan House

The Historic Grace Morgan House was one of the first 50 houses built in Methuen, Massachusetts and is one of the oldest structures to this day. Built in 1746, in 2001, the property was renovated and converted from a skilled nursing facility to an assisted living home. Located at the corners of Prospect Street and East Street in a quiet residential neighborhood, with both Holy family Hospital and Lawrence General Hospital less than a mile away, our community is wonderful, secure and safe place to reside.

Our community offers a variety of private and semi-private studio apartments. Each apartment comes complete with comfortable wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments and a private bathroom. Our common areas include a comfortable shaded patio with tables for outdoor dining and welcome activity room with a piano and comfortable seating.

Every day, Grace Morgan House prepares three nutritious home-cooked meals in our dining room. Our staff prepares a calendar full of events each month, including exercise classes, arts and crafts, outings, live on-site entertainment and other social engagements. We strive to create a well-rounded mix of activities designed to engage both the body and mind.

Available Services

Our helpful staff handles the basics such as maintenance, housekeeping services and we can even take care of the laundry and linens. Utilities with the exception of cable and telephone service is also included in your monthly rates. Scheduled transportation is available to get you to doctor's appointments or even local shopping trips throughout the week.

At Grace Morgan House, we are focused on providing wellness solutions to our residents so they can thrive and live a full life throughout their retirement. We craft a care plan for each resident, and our caregivers are there to assist with activities of daily living such as mobility, grooming, bathing, and medication management. With 24-hour awake staff and an emergency response system we will be there to respond to any resident needs or concerns.
