Club (Senior Therapeutic Activity & Recreation Program), we offer activities that apply to all interests and which promote overall well-being. The daily social programs feature failure-free activities, which make everyone feel empowered. For the times when our residents wish to spend time reflecting, they may visit the secure, landscaped courtyard or one of the many common areas.

Avita of Newburyport offers several floor plans that your loved one can choose from. They may choose the privacy of a studio apartment or the companionship available in a semiprivate suite. All the suites include a private bathroom and views of the landscaped grounds. Weekly housekeeping keeps the suites tidy, while weekly laundry service ensures your loved one will always have freshly laundered clothes.

Available Services

Three meals a day served family-style, along with snacks, all utilities (except for cable and telephone) and scheduled transportation are included in one convenient monthly fee. Through our Eat Fresh Eat Local dining program, our residents dine on homemade meals prepared from the freshest ingredients possible, which not only enhances the flavor but also means the meals are that much more nutritious.

Your loved one will thrive under the care provided by our dedicated, qualified caregivers. We provide up to an hour every day of assistance with personal care, such as dressing, bathing and grooming. Additional care packages are available if needed. Nursing staff are available 24/7 should help be needed, and we also provide assistance with self-administered medications.
