Hearthstone Communities is is a faith-based senior living community in Woodstock, Illinois. Our community's origins are owed to the Old People's Rest Home founded in 1903, and since then the community has expanded to encompass a 14-acre campus that is also shared with the Hearthstone Early Learning Center.

Accommodations range from cozy studios to generously-sized two-bedroom garden homes. Our garden homes feature full kitchens, new ceramic tile in the bathroom and an attached garage. Apartment features include kitchens, closets and an emergency call system. 

Each and every day our talented culinary team prepares delicious freshly prepared meals that are served in an attractive dining room. We offer flexible dining plans so you can customize how often you want to dine out. Numerous activities are organized daily and include the fun activities of ice cream socials, craft club and Be Fit health classes. Your new home also includes a library, craft rooms, computer center and beauty salon/barber shop.

Available Services

We pride ourselves in offering maintenance-free living, meaning we take care of routine housekeeping, linen and laundry services. Daily support with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene and mobility is provided for residents requiring assistance to remain independent. We have a specially designed memory care neighborhood to care for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia. Skilled nursing services are also available. 

What residents especially appreciate is knowing we have highly trained and caring staff on site around the clock when help is needed. Licensed nurses are available 24-hours a day, providing peace of mind that medical issues can be quickly attended to.
