Welcome to Country Friends Assisted Living where we provide a cozy environment for our residents to enjoy, we are a small facility set in the alluring Rural Gratiot County Michigan. We offer a small 20 bed facility, here at Country Friends we are very devoted to our residents health so we make sure to have a General Physician and Nurse who come and visit our residents once a month. We offer outside activities and we have a on-site activities director as well.

Featured Amenities

Our facility includes private rooms which include a bed, mirror, dresser, chair, and a clock but if you would like to bring any of your own furniture please feel free to bring it. We also Include a back up generator and alarms on all of our doors for our residents who might like to wander. And to keep our our location looking nice we have a sprinkler system to make sure our grass stays green.

Available Services

Our residents are assisted with all of their daily needs such as medication management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, ambulation, incontinence products, emotional support, food service and more. Thanks to our residents and staff suggestions we have a wide variety of delicious foods on our menu. We offer Bingo, crafts, reading, cards, nail painting and classes twice a week. We also offer a monthly service that is held by a visiting pastor as well as music entertainment classes on a regular basis. Be sure to consider us when picking a place for your loved one to stay.
