My mom is moving into The Arbor Inn. It's centrally located for all of us children, so it would be best to have her closer to home. The director took me around for a visit personally. Of course we had to wear a mask, check our temperature, and everything. I like that it's a smaller place, it's family-owned, it's only one floor, and for the price we're gonna get a lot more than her other place. She's in need of more care for her health and safety, and I think that this place is going to give that to her. The staff is very friendly, very caring, very knowledgeable, and definitely took an interest in our situation. They asked a lot of questions to see if my mom is gonna be a good fit. Everything's included in the price; the only thing she's gonna pay for is her phone bill. They'll check on her round-the-clock, she won't be left alone, they'll take her in the dining room, which isn't very far, and they have the whole thing like the barber shop, the TV room, rec room, and the library. She's got a lot of places that she can go and it's all on one floor; no elevators. I was shown what the daily menu would look like; it's up on a board there. It was very nice, very clean, with no smell.

I thought the Arbor Inn was pretty good. I liked the place, the price was pretty reasonable, and it was okay. They were really helpful, it seemed to be rather clean, and it was like a nice motel. It looked pretty basic, I saw one room, and it was nice, but it was small, there was no TV, and I wasn't impressed with the room. I worked not too far from the facility, and so the location was not a problem for me.

The Arbor Inn was good. There was a smell in one area but everywhere else was clean and tidy. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The location and layout looked very good and convenient. They had activities like singing and exercise. The pricing was a little less and more reasonable for the area.

The Arbor Inn is an assisted living facility. The rooms were fine, but it's not really what I was looking for. I've seen the workout room and the social room where they would watch movies and play cards. The dining area was restaurant style. If you don't like what's on the menu, they will try to work with you and find something that you like. It's an older place.

I liked The Arbor Inn. The visit was great. The place looked great and I think it was clean. It was a great-looking place. I would love to put my mother there, but when they assessed her, they said she didn't fit the criteria because she has UTI and dementia. However, they woke her up early in the morning, so of course she was not going to cooperate right away, not like they wanted her to anyway. I think the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
