Description of Hidden Creek Assisted Living

Nestled in the quiet community of Chaska, Hidden Creek Assisted Living is an intimate elder care residence providing quality personal care to seniors in the greater Twin Cities area. With less than 25 residents to care for, our staff are able to provide much more personal, focused attention on each of our seniors and treat everyone like part of our family.

Hidden Creek Assisted Living is a family-owned and operated community with three generations of family members employed at our home. We are there every day, serving in a variety of roles, to ensure our senior residents are enjoying the quality of life they want and deserve.

Featured Amenities

To keep our residents active mentally, spiritually, socially and physically, we schedule a wide variety of community events and activities each month. Residents can have fun with arts and crafts, scrapbooking, cards and Bingo. They can enjoy special on-site services such as facials, hand massages or get their hair done.

Bowling, seated soccer, bean bag tosses and exercise videos are just some of the ways our residents stay physically fit while we also offer spiritual activities including communion and Bible readings to allow our residents to practice their faith.

Available Services

Our professional caregiving staff have passed background checks and are on site 24 hours a day to attend to personal care needs such as bathing, grooming and medication management. A licensed nurse is also on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to urgent medical situations.

For added convenience, we are also able to coordinate on-site visits to Hidden Creek Assisted Living from local physicians who specialize in podiatry, speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy.
