Great caring staff and clean place. They take good care of the residents like family and the food is pretty good.

My tour at Brookdale Jensen Beach was quite pleasant as well as the person who gave the tour. The staff answered my questions, provided information, and was very open to any questions. The dining area was clean. The staff was taking care of the people there, and they were attentive. The residents were doing some sort of individual puzzles, reading, and crafts, but because of the pandemic, the people were separated and nothing was too close together. They had a beauty shop and appointments could be made.

Brookdale Stuart was one of the places we went to. It was a nice place, the staff had a great attitude, was very professional, answered all our questions, and did a very good job. We toured the facility, and had at least two examples of the layout of the rooms; furnished and unfurnished. The amenities seemed quite fine, still limited because of Covid. They're making every effort to change that, and making it as best as possible.

I visited Brookdale Stuart, and I liked it very much. I was pleased with it. It is small; they only have 40 patients. The people that work there were very good. I was given examples of the room, and they were satisfactory.

The people at Brookdale Stuart were nice, and they have residents that are part of the welcome committee. The rooms weren't as nice as the other places, and it's an older facility. The only good thing is you have to be buzzed in to get into the facility, meaning my mother-in-law couldn't walk out. It's all locked down. The girl who took us around was very nice and very friendly. The cleanliness wasn't bad, but it needed a little bit of maintenance. They have arts and crafts, games, and an herb garden, and the residents can help take care of them.

Symphony at Stuart has a beautiful setting. My father feels like he's living in a five-star hotel and not an institution. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and he gets constant interaction. They have a restaurant, a bar, a social environment, and a movie theater. The apartments are efficient. We have a smaller apartment, which is perfect for him. He's loving it there, and he loves the staff. We also have nursing care. They provide cleaning, food preparation, and laundry services. They even have a men's group. There's also independent living there. They drive and can come and go as they please. The memory care is separate.

We went to Brookdale Jensen Beach. The experience was really good. We had a really good lunch, and it was a very nice tour. The place is beautiful and renovated, and the location is amazing because its right on a hill across the river. I was very glad to be able to get the tour, but we were looking for independent living. The rooms were beautiful. We looked at the two-bedroom and one-bedroom that were adequate in size. They have a lot of activities within the building, like crafts, exercising, swimming, cards, as well as trips to stores and music. The staff was awesome, even when we were eating, and were very gracious in the cafeteria. People would walk by just to say hello and see how we were doing. They were all just very nice.

Brookdale Jensen Beach was very big and kind of overpowering. The looks were pretty much the same as other places. A studio was about 300 square feet and not more than 400 square feet. It didnt have a kitchen but it was the same size as the ones with a kitchen. The place felt OK but it was very big. It was nice and out of the way. They had the long-term care in the same building even though its separate, so that made the building bigger. It seemed like theres a lot of walking to get from point A to point B. They had a singing group, a bunch of people were out, and two ladies were singing old songs that the people knew. They were in a nice room at the end of the hallway sitting comfortably. It looked like everybody was having a good time. The staff that I met was very nice, maybe because theyre trying to sell the product.

Ida, the person who took us around Brookdale Jensen Beach, was wonderful. We loved it, and it's a wonderful facility. I'm going to keep it in mind for myself when I go. I love that they have a beautiful view of a river and a beautiful park right across the street for them to go walking. They had plenty of things to do and they'll take them anywhere they want to go. They'll also feed them anytime they want to eat.
