When qualifying for the affordable housing subsidy program, residents pay only 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent and the Federal Government pays the remainder.
To determine eligibility for residency, you must be at least 62 years of age or require the features of a mobility impaired apartment, and meet the annual income requirements set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
