Located in Wadena Minnesota, Fair Oaks Apartments is a two level atrium that has astonishing interiors and bright atmosphere of warm and natural light. It is a senior living community that is designed for independent, safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

We offer one bedroom apartments that are spacious and has its own bathroom, kitchen, and living room. It has a window that gives an awesome view of the nature outside. Each apartment are built with the safety and comfort of our residents in mind.

Residents soak on a hot day on our Jacuzzi that is available on both floors. Residents shares stories and build new friendships on or comfy lounges. Scrumptious meals are served hot three times a day on our congregate dining area where residents eat together.

Available Services

Our team is focused in enhancing or improving the quality of life of our residents. Our care program are personalized and designed based on resident’s needs and medical history that are carefully planned with the residents and their families. Our staff are available 24 hours a day to ensure help is accessible whenever it is needed.

We have a lot activities that are beneficial to our residents. All created to keep residents engaged, stimulated and active. Nutritious meals are served three times a day to our residents because we believe good food gives good health.
