The Cottages at NorthPark Village is a proud Americare community. We have provided Person-Centered Care to seniors in America's heartland for over 20 years. Our approach to preserve the lifestyle seniors are familiar with and allow them to enjoy life on their own terms. Whether this means leaving one's home of many years to enjoy the welcoming embrace of an Americare community, or treatment in one of our skilled nursing centers allowing a loved one to return home, you will be treated as though you are family.

What you will find when joining our community is the perks of a community lifestyle with the privacy that comes with owning your own home. Our free-standing two-bedroom cottages have a full kitchen, washer/dryer and screen porch. For an added sense of security, there is also an emergency call system.

Resident involvement is encouraged in community activities, but you will always have the choice to enjoy time as you please. We strive to strike a balance between planned activities, such as live entertainment, bridge tournaments or movies, and more spontaneous events like afternoon tea in our family room or leisurely stroll around our grounds.

Available Services

Just because you are active doesn't mean you want the hassle of chores, which is why we provide once-a-week housekeeping service, lawn maintenance and trash pick-up You will also receive one meal daily of your choice in their the community dining room or The Club House.

We also provide weekly transportation for when you need to run errands or reach doctor's appointments, which means you don't have to pay for car insurance. When you no longer want to cook or need additional housekeeping services, you can request more of these services. And when it comes time for assistance to remain independent, you can receive assisted living services at our sister community NorthPark Village.
