My dad is a resident. They have three different-styled apartments. They showed us around the entire community, including the physical therapy facility on the third floor, and answered all my dad's questions. He also met some of the residents on the way through. My dad fell in love with the place so much that he decided to cancel all his other tours. What appealed to him most was that the place looks like an apartment or a hotel and not institutional. It's designed to look residential, the colors are blues and grays basically, it doesn't smell like an institution, and he was able to get a ground-floor apartment. They bent over backwards to help me get my dad transferred from the hospital to their facility on short notice. I'm amazed at what they were able to do. The nursing staff is incredible. My dad isn't cranky, but when he's not feeling well he gets temperamental. They handled him perfectly. The head nurse and executive director -- who is also a nurse -- both work nights and weekends and answer the phone almost immediately. The list of their activities is great and the place itself is immaculate. The food is wonderful, they had good variety and a great menu set up. If my dad doesn't want to go down to eat they will take his food to him upstairs. What I liked about Tesson is that the halls and rooms are carpeted.

I'm planning to move in this Tuesday. The meals are good. They have a lot of activities and worship services for Protestants as well as Catholics. They offer three different exercises and really good accommodations. The people are really nice and accommodating; they will take you to doctors' appointments. They have bingo and group games, like Scrabble. We had an excellent lunch with a wide range of choices.

Is very pleasant and active. The staff is very engaged and everybody was excellent. I saw lots of people visiting and meeting in the living room, as well as ladies doing crafts and playing cards. I was very impressed with how much activity there was there and how engaged they are. The rooms were very nice. We were very happy with the place.

Seems to be working out really well, and they know who my mom is. We got the Senior Helper program for the first week so they would take her to all her activities and make sure she understands what's available and where they were. My mom is happy with the food and she has a lot of choices for activities like exercise, music, and off-campus trips. They also have crafts, happy hour, and ice cream socials. There was an issue with the air-conditioning, but they took care of that right away, so it seems to be working out fine. The staff is very nice, helpful, and takes care of any issues my mom has.

My grandparents moved in. The staff was very friendly and the place was nice and clean. It didn't have any issues. My grandparents got a 1-bedroom apartment, which is adequate for what they need. They have plenty of activities to keep them entertained and amused, like church services, socials, and happy hour on Fridays. They have a movie room and a workout room.

I visited the assisted living. I really enjoyed it, and I also know a lot of people there since it's close to my house. I appreciate the fact that you can order off of the restaurant menu. It was a large place and the people are nice. I was just a little disappointment about the size of the 2-bedroom unit, and the ability to go outside and walk around. I have looked at twelve places in the last month and I would say that it is in my top three. The staff members that I met were also really nice. Their activities are the same as the other places.
