At Spencer Place we are there for seniors who need an occasional helping hand to remain independent. We provide a welcoming, homelike community, and our friendly personal assistants' primary focus is to provide what you need when you need it so that you can live life to its fullest.

When you step into Spencer Place, you will find lovely well-lit studio and one-bedroom suites with private baths; some suites have a companion option. Each apartment comes complete with carpeting, window treatments and individual climate control. For those who need more help, we have special assisted bathing facilities equipped with a whirlpool bath. Best of all, pets are welcome to move in too.

Resident involvement is encouraged in community activities, but you will always have the choice to enjoy time as you please. We strive to strike a balance between planned activities such as Wii games, games or gardening, and more spontaneous events like afternoon tea in our family room or leisurely stroll around our grounds. The courtyard is also a favorite place where residents gather to socialize or relax.

Available Services

Housekeeping may not be glamorous, but it is just one more touch that we offer. Our helpful staff comes through daily to keep things tidy and we have a schedule for routine deep cleaning as well so we can maintain your home to your high standards. Of course the centerpiece of any great community is the meal plan. While breakfast is served in an informal manner allowing residents to stroll in, lunch and dinner are served restaurant style. Each meal is cooked to order and we accommodate special menu requests as well as prescribed dietary restrictions.

You also will benefit from the availability of a full-time licensed nurse on site who will create a plan for individualized healthcare and services and supervises personal care attendants who are available around the clock, seven days a week.
