Visitors have commended the quaint atmosphere of the facility, which was originally constructed as a Victorian home. The facility schedules daily activities for the residents such as movies, casual exercises and card games. In the afternoons, residents can walk around the circular porch and look out over the front lawn to watch the local wildlife. Their loved ones are particularly impressed by the personalized amenities, for example, every resident has their own white rocking chair on the porch.
